Coby Kozlowski, Performance Coach, specializes in working with women, men and young adults who are ready to step into a life of choice, empowerment, and conscious living. Coby brings extensive experience in upper-level management, entrepreneurship, coaching, yoga, mediation, positive psychology, neuroscience, and Ayurvedic studies. She serves as a faculty member at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, Calif., where she leads her month-long program, Integral Leadership, a unique approach to personal and professional leadership using contemplative and cutting-edge wisdom. She is the founder of Karma Yoga Leadership Intensive: A One Degree Revolution, Souluna Life Coach Certification, and the evolutionary leadership program Quarter-Life Calling: Creating an Extraordinary Life in Your 20s. She is faculty for Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and has been featured on the cover of Yoga Journal magazine and other publications, including Mantra magazine and Well + Good. Her book, Wave Rider: Insights and Inspirations for Skillful Living, is forthcoming. Coby graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a degree in Business Administration and Environmental Studies and earned her Masters in Transformative Leadership and a certificate in expressive art therapy from Lesley University.
