Dan brings an expertise in improvisation and creative collaboration to his work with leaders and teams at all levels. He is the head of improv in the drama department at Stanford University and is on the teaching staff of Stanford’s Graduate School of Business as well as the d.school (Design School). He has also taught acting and improvisation at the American Conservatory Theater, Academy of Art University and Dominican University. As dean of Bay Area Theater Sports (BATS) School for more than a decade, Dan delighted audiences as a main-stage player with BATS Improv. He is a founding member of the award-winning comedy group Kasper Hauser. Dan earned his degree in cognition and creativity from Stanford.
