Kevin Rolston is a designer and master facilitator of experiential learning focused on high-performance communication, leadership development and change management. He helps leaders and their teams embody authenticity in their presence, achieve greater clarity in their ideas and manifest meaningful and lasting change. A handful of the Stand & Deliver clients Kevin has served include EY, Deloitte, Cisco, Medtronic, Shire and Randstad.
Kevin’s great love of learning has him forever curious about new concepts and frameworks. Most recently he was trained as a Co-Active coach with The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and certified as a facilitator of the Immunity to Change methodology, which was designed by Dr. Robert Keegan and Dr. Lisa Laskow Lahey at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
Kevin is also an award-winning playwright and actor. His one-man show, which he performed at the largest arts festival in the world in Edinburgh, Scotland, was named by SF KQED Arts as one of six singular and brilliant theater productions of the year. His professional creative career as a writer, performer and comic inspires him to create learning experiences that are not only rigorously challenging and impactful, but also highly engaging, entertaining and fun.
