Linda Robson, Performance Coach, is a consultant, coach, and educator. In her practice, Linda’s work focuses on the language of change and the language of high performing teams and organizations. In the classroom, Linda works with executives, building their understanding of leadership dynamics, executive presence, and creating intentional impact. Linda has applied these principles to the sustainability sector, consulting with organizations seeking to take their sustainability programs beyond lightbulbs and recycling to more embedded sustainable mindsets and cultures. Linda has a Ph.D in Organizational Behavior from Case Western Reserve University and is co-author of Flouring Enterprise: The New Spirit of Business. Linda is a faculty member of the Gestalt Organizational Systems and Development Center, as well as in the Executive MBA program at Kent State University. Linda lives in London.
